One Billion Women Changed was officially launched on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 as Coach Lilisa J. Williams was delivering a Self Esteem message to a group of women coming out of the life of addictions and other debilitating behaviors.
The OBWC Project's focus is women coming out of Prostitution and/or Drug Addiction.
